What Do The Front and Rear Max Load Labels on VHM-P and VHM-PL Mean?

The label at the front of the arm identifies the maximum load for just the tilting monitor mount at the front of the arm. The label at the bottom of the arm indicates the maximum load that the entire arm can support.
