GCX Corporation Anti-Spam Policy

GCX Corporation prohibits the transmission of unsolicited bulk or individual commercial email that advertises or promotes GCX Corporation, gcx.com, or its products or services in violation of applicable law or this policy. This policy applies to anyone sending email on behalf of GCX, including employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, vendors, and marketing agencies.

 

GCX marketing emails must comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws. Marketing messages must:

 

 

Opt-out requests must be honored promptly and within the time required by applicable law.[1] Recipients who have opted out must not receive further marketing emails unless they subsequently provide permission and they cannot be charged, required to log in, or required to provide information beyond their email address to unsubscribe.

 

Third parties acting on behalf of GCX must follow this policy and all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws. GCX may suspend or terminate any campaign, account, or vendor relationship that violates these requirements.  GCX will also maintain a centralized suppression list to share with applicable vendors.

 

Suspected unauthorized email advertising GCX Corporation, gcx.com, or GCX products or services may be reported to GCXmarketing@gcx.com. Reports should include the original message, complete message headers, and any relevant URLs.
