Smaller VHM-25 Support Arm Heralds New Era In Design For GCX Mounting Solutions

GCX Corporation, the worldwide leader in medical instrument and IT mounting solutions, introduces the new VHM-25™ variable height support arm, a small-profile version of its best-selling VHM™ Series of Variable Height Mounts.

The new VHM-25 is available in two models: a channel mount version and a countertop “bolt-down” version with hidden fasteners. Horizontal and angled 7-inch (17.8-cm) extension options provide longer reach, and hide cables internally for improved cleanability.

GCX created the space-saving design specifically for health care environments. The small amount of space the VHM-25 occupies makes it a natural solution space planners can use to easily integrate flat-screen displays into tight settings.

The VHM-25 is not only smaller, but more adjustable. It gives the mounted device 12 inches (30.5 cm) of height adjustment, side-to-side pivot, tilt angle adjustment, and rotation between portrait and landscape orientations.
The next-generation design of the VHM-25 offers health care institutions a support arm that’s both easy to clean and durable. The seamless top surface is impervious to liquids, while the cast-aluminum housing will stand up to rough handling and cleaning solutions normally used in healthcare facilities.
