Can a Philips X3 Swivel Post Rail/Clamp be mounted on a 3” / 1.2 cm Down Post with Dual Cable Hooks?

The Philips X3 can be mounted only on the Classic VHM using the shorter 3″ /​1.2 cm down post. If using the GCX VHM-P or VHM-PL version variable height arm, a 6″ or longer down post (GCX part number WMM-0006-01 and WMM-0006-04) is required to clear the handle.

Orientation Note: When using a 3″ down post with the Classic VHM Arm, the dual cable hooks must face the rear, toward the arm – see photos below.
