What is the part number for the GCX Manual Ratchet Lever?

The part number is WM-0017-92. This part is used to adjust the tension on the tilt mechanism. Note that it has an internal ratchet that requires you to lift up on the lever, rotate to the right, release, then tighten by turning the lever clockwise.
