Can an Old GCX Roll Stand Be Upgraded to Mount a GE Dash 5000 Patient Monitor?

If the tilt mechanism at the top of the Roll Stand is as shown in the photo below, the WM-0005-26 mounting plate may be used to upgrade the Roll Stand for use with the Dash family of monitors.
