Manufacturing and Logistics
Our global manufacturing organization ensures fast, cost-effective, high-quality production, assembly, and distribution as well as local support.
We begin every OEM project by identifying your needs: component quantity, lead time, delivery locations, and replenishment details. Our global organization then selects an optimal supply chain to control costs while maximizing responsiveness. Our highly flexible headquarters facility is staffed with engineering and production teams that can quickly create prototypes and ramp up new programs.
Our Quality Management System is ISO 13485:2003 and 9001:2008 certified. We manufacture our medical-grade components using several processes, including:
- CNC milling and turning
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Aluminum extruding
- Injection molding
- Die casting
- Structural foam
- Sand casting
- Gravity casting
- Vacuum forming
Our global assembly and distribution facilities minimize inventory and shipping costs. Our locations make it possible for us to use drop-ship or just-in-time replenishment and to transfer products via container shipping between GCX locations for local assembly and packaging. They also enable us to provide local service and support, and help us respond quickly to shipping requests by locating inventory closest to the delivery point.
