Specialized Product Cycle Management
We also manage cost with multiple manufacturing platforms. For prototypes, clinical trials, or low-quantity programs, manufacturing is done at our headquarters in northern California. This manufacturing facility is highly flexible, with minimal setup times. Our headquarters is home to engineering and production management so product ramp-ups or changes can be executed quickly in response to market needs. Once production quantities increase, manufacturing is transferred seamlessly to one of our lower-cost facilities. By managing production through the product cycle we can help you control cost for each product.
