GCX is focused on controlling cost and efficiencies throughout all product cycles while ensuring the quality you expect. This commitment is evident through our registration as an ISO 9001:2008 (TUV-USA). Using a global production model, components are made or sourced from regional suppliers at competitive prices. You can choose cost-efficient, off-the-shelf GCX components, or utilize our multiple production bases to help with quick-turnaround product changes and engineering integration for custom product components. Manufacturing processes include:

Specialized Product Cycle Management

GCX helps manage cost using multiple manufacturing platforms. For prototypes, clinical trials, or low-quantity programs, manufacturing is done at the headquarters in northern California. This manufacturing facility is highly flexible with minimal setup times, and can quickly respond to product ramp-ups or changes as the engineering and production management staff is based there. As production quantities increase, manufacturing is transferred seamlessly to one of our lower-cost facilities. By managing production through the product cycle, we can help you control cost for individual components and the product as a whole.
