GCX Corporation hires medical technology industry veteran Renkl in Germany
GCX Corporation, the worldwide leader in medical instrument and IT mounting solutions, has added Helmut Renkl in Germany to its sales management team for the EMEA Region

Renkl joins GCX with nearly nine years’ experience in medical device and healthcare IT mounting.
Previously, Renkl worked in the field of scientific laboratory equipment as a service engineer for M. Braun GmbH in Garching, near Munich, Germany. He also spent nearly a decade at noted research institution the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP) in Garching.
Renkl attended the Technical College for Mechanical Engineering, Munich (Techniker Schule Muenchen), and holds the designations of State-licensed Technician in Mechanical Engineering (Staatl. Gepruefter Maschinenbautechniker) and Master Craftsperson in the Trade of Mechanical Engineering (Maschinenbautechniker Meister).
Renkl is the second GCX hire in Germany in 2011; Klaus Sturm serves as regional manager for the DACH countries. GCX this year marks its 40th anniversary of delivering instrument mounting solutions − including wall mounts, roll stands, ceiling mounts, countertop mounts, pole mounts and a variety of mounting accessories − to the healthcare industry.
